1. Privacy and Data Protection
Application Data Storage and Privacy
ABA Graph Studio is designed with privacy and data security in mind. The application does not operate developer-managed servers for storing or processing user-entered graph, folder, or Run Session data.
Current application versions store principal graph, folder, Trash, and recoverable Run Session records locally using application-layer encryption. Encryption keys are maintained through operating-system secure storage mechanisms. Certain application settings, operational information, historical records, backups, and exported files may have different storage protections.
ABA Graph Studio does not require user registration, online accounts, or developer-operated cloud synchronization. The application does not include developer-operated advertising, user-tracking, analytics, or crash-reporting services and does not intentionally transmit graph or Run Session content to developer-operated servers.
These statements describe the application's audited architecture and should not be interpreted as a representation that all device, operating-system, website, or third-party services operate without collecting information.
Operating-System Diagnostics
Apple and other operating-system or application-distribution providers may independently collect technical and diagnostic information, including crash reports, in accordance with their policies, device settings, and distribution methods.
Certain diagnostic information may be made available to Seven Dimensions ABA, LLC for troubleshooting and application improvement.
ABA Graph Studio does not intentionally include graph titles, session values, passwords, encryption keys, or other user-entered content in its diagnostic logs. However, the developer cannot guarantee that operating-system-generated diagnostics will never contain incidental application or device information.
Protected Health Information and Client De-identification
Protected health information (PHI), as defined under applicable United States law, and personally identifiable client information must not be entered, uploaded, or stored in ABA Graph Studio. All client-related information must be appropriately de-identified before entry.
This application policy applies to all users, regardless of location.
Identifiable health or personal information may also be subject to different legal definitions and protections in other jurisdictions.
Users must consider whether information could identify an individual directly or indirectly, including through combinations of dates, locations, graph labels, annotations, or other contextual details.

ABA Graph Studio supports PDF, PNG, CSV, Photos, and device-sharing functionality.
Exported materials may include graph titles, labels, dates, annotations, behavioral data, and other user-entered information. Users must review exports and ensure that they do not contain prohibited identifiable information.
Saving information to Photos or sharing it with external applications may create separate copies outside ABA Graph Studio's control. Depending on device settings and recipient services, those copies may be synchronized, retained, redistributed, or backed up through third-party services.
Seven Dimensions ABA, LLC does not control the subsequent handling of information by user-selected applications, recipients, or cloud providers.
Users must use storage destinations and transmission methods authorized by their organizations and applicable privacy requirements.
International Privacy Responsibilities
ABA Graph Studio is available in multiple countries and jurisdictions. Users are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, confidentiality, professional, and data-protection obligations relevant to their activities.

Graphs, calculations, visualizations, summaries, and exported materials are provided for informational and data-display purposes.
