Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase provided that: The software has not been extensively used beyond normal evaluation purposes, and No substantial data exports or prolonged active use has occurred. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Non-Refundable Circumstances Refunds will not be issued for: Requests made after 14 days from purchase or accounts showing substantial or sustained usage indicative of regular operational use. Failure to use the software due to user error, incompatible systems, or misunderstanding of features constitutes a Violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time after cancellation.

Exceptional Circumstances: If you experience a technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the software, please contact support. We review such cases individually and may issue a refund at our discretion.

Cancelation policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

How Cancellation Works: Cancellation stops future billing. You will continue to have access to the software through the end of your current billing period. No additional charges will occur after cancellation.

Refunds After Cancellation: No prorated refunds are provided for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation. If you are within the applicable refund window outlined in our Refund Policy, you may submit a refund request separately.

Account Data After Cancellation: After your subscription ends, access to saved graphs and data may be limited or removed. Users are responsible for exporting any data they wish to retain prior to the end of their billing period.

Reactivation: You may reactivate your subscription at any time by resubscribing.

Legal or export restrictions: This software is subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. It is classified as EAR99 under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and may be exported without a license to most destinations. The software may not be exported, re-exported, or made available to individuals or entities located in embargoed or sanctioned countries, or to prohibited end users, in accordance with U.S. law.
