Privacy

ABA Graph is designed with privacy in mind. The application does not collect, transmit, sell, or store personal data on external servers.

All information entered into ABA Graph is stored locally on the user's device. The application does not require user accounts, user registration, cloud synchronization, or user tracking. ABA Graph does not monitor user activity or collect analytics related to user-entered data.

Because all data remains on the user's device, users are solely responsible for securing their device and protecting any information entered into the application.

Users are strongly encouraged to de-identify all client information before entering data into ABA Graph. Any protected health information (PHI) entered into the application is entered at the user's own discretion and responsibility. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, local, employer, licensing board, and organizational privacy and confidentiality requirements, including, but not limited to, HIPAA and any other applicable laws or regulations.

Professional Use Disclaimer

ABA Graph is intended solely as a data graphing and visualization tool for behavior analysts, behavior technicians, students, caregivers, researchers, educators, and others interested in the field of behavior analysis.

ABA Graph is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, behavioral, legal, or professional advice. The application does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, generate clinical recommendations, determine medical necessity, or replace the independent professional judgment of qualified practitioners.

All graphs, calculations, visualizations, and outputs generated by ABA Graph are provided solely as tools to assist users in organizing and displaying data. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data entered, interpreting results, making clinical or professional decisions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, ethical standards, payer requirements, and professional practice guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

ABA Graph is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of ABA Graph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the application or its outputs.

By using ABA Graph, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the information you enter, how you use the application, and any decisions or actions taken based on the application's outputs.

Future policies for paid subscription. 

Currently, the application is free to use. 

Return & Refund Policy: We want you to feel confident trying our software and to have sufficient time to determine whether it meets your needs.

Free Evaluation Period: Users are encouraged to explore the software during the trial or initial access period before committing to long-term use. We recommend reviewing the available features and examples to ensure the software is a good fit for your workflow.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase provided that: The software has not been extensively used beyond normal evaluation purposes, and No substantial data exports or prolonged active use has occurred. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Non-Refundable Circumstances Refunds will not be issued for: Requests made after 14 days from purchase or accounts showing substantial or sustained usage indicative of regular operational use.  Failure to use the software due to user error, incompatible systems, or misunderstanding of features constitutes a Violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time after cancellation.

Exceptional Circumstances: If you experience a technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the software, please contact support. We review such cases individually and may issue a refund at our discretion.


Cancelation policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

How Cancellation Works: Cancellation stops future billing. You will continue to have access to the software through the end of your current billing period. No additional charges will occur after cancellation.

Refunds After Cancellation: No prorated refunds are provided for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation. If you are within the applicable refund window outlined in our Refund Policy, you may submit a refund request separately.

Account Data After Cancellation: After your subscription ends, access to saved graphs and data may be limited or removed. Users are responsible for exporting any data they wish to retain prior to the end of their billing period.

Reactivation: You may reactivate your subscription at any time by resubscribing. 


Legal or export restrictions: This software is subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. It is classified as EAR99 under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and may be exported without a license to most destinations. The software may not be exported, re-exported, or made available to individuals or entities located in embargoed or sanctioned countries, or to prohibited end users, in accordance with U.S. law.
